| Toggle Web Security |
| |
 |
|
Toggle Web Security:
Click this icon to turn the advanced website security features of
Adorons Easy Security on or off. If there is a lock with a green "check" displayed on the icon
(as pictured), web security is turned ON. If web security is turned OFF, the icon
will display an open lock. When web security is ON, you will be able to control
website security on a site-by-site basis by using the Security Settings Slider.
If you opt to turn this feature off, the security settings slider will be disabled
and your security settings will be reset to the Internet Explorer default levels.
When you toggle web security, you will need to close Internet Explorer and re-open it again
for the settings to completely go into effect.

|
| Security Settings Slider |
| |
 |
|
The Security Settings Slider allows you to customize your Internet security settings on a
site-by-site basis. If the slider is positioned in the "green zone,"
on the left side,
the site that you are visiting has been stored in your trusted zone. We strongly advise
that you only place well-known and trusted websites in this zone! When you visit a new website,
the slider will default to the "red zone" on the right side.
In the "red zone," browser security
is maximized for your protection. Therefore, some websites may experience functional difficulties
(i.e., websites that require you to download browser plug-ins). To move a website into your trusted
zone, simply drag the slider from the "red zone" to the
"green zone." To move a website from your
trusted zone back into the high security "red zone," just
drag the slider from the "green zone" to
the "red zone" while you visiting the website.
Adorons Easy Security will remember your settings
and automatically adjust the Security Settings Slider as you surf the web. If you turn off Adorons
Web Security (see "Toggle Web Security," above) the Security Settings Slider will be disabled.
